Cabaret on a Sinking Ship.

Seven writers create a new Weimar style cabaret for modern Britain.

New Writing South in association with The Nightingale Theatre present Cabaret on a Sinking Ship (a work in progress).

Our Ship’s whatever you want it to be – global capitalism, planet Earth, or a government of your choice – though we do know this, it’s going down, fast. But the band plays on... We'd love to see you at some no-budget workshop performances specifically intended to attract an industry audience, to raise funds for further development and to put in place a full professional tour.

Cabaret on a Sinking Ship will be performed for a week in Brighton, during the week of the Labour Party Conference, and will be open to the public.
